Responsibilities
Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance
Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
Prepare operational analysis for senior management by collecting, interpreting, evaluating, and summarizing information and trends to develop integrated business proposals and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
Lead work to design systems improvements based on analysis of current company practices, industry best practices, outcomes, and trends. Lead the implementation and monitoring of approved changes
Investigate and report the financial and operational impact of changes to procedures or strategies
Perform ad hoc analysis for senior management as required
Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports
Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Perform user acceptance testing
Update, implement, and maintain procedures
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users
Manage competing resources and priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
Demonstrated advanced analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and with others
Demonstrate core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Excellent documentation skills
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
A track record of following through on commitments
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Preferred
Professional experience with data processing and analysis tools such as Python, SQL, SAS, and Tableau
Analytics experience in high-tempo, large scale operations environment
Prior experience in financial services industry with knowledge of credit card banking industry practices, regulations, and standards
