Felder Group USA is hiring a CNC Field Service Technician to support customers across the Eastern half of the United States. This role involves installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC and industrial woodworking machines at customer sites, as well as providing technical support from the New Castle office.

Responsibilities

Install, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CNC and industrial woodworking machines at customer sites across the Eastern half of the U.S

Perform machine startups, calibration, and customer handoff

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and CNC-related issues

Recommend required spare parts and clearly communicate repair status

Complete accurate service documentation and reports

Work independently on most service calls, with technical backup available when needed

Participate in trade shows, demos, and customer events as required

Provide phone, email, and video technical support from the New Castle office

Support machine demos alongside sales staff

Set up, test, service, and repair machines in the showroom and warehouse

Assist with general organization and cleanliness of service and showroom areas
