B2B Customer Service Representative

VIIA is a fast-growing wellness CPG brand on a mission to redefine modern wellness. The Customer Service Representative (B2B Sales Support) will serve as the first line of communication for VIIA’s wholesale partners, ensuring exceptional customer experience and supporting the B2B Sales Team.

Responsibilities

Provide thoughtful, professional customer service via phone, email, and text
Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and support needs from B2B customers
Communicate product information clearly, including usage, benefits, effects, and policies
Assist with issue resolution, ensuring problems are handled promptly and accurately
Respond to inbound wholesale leads and help set up new accounts
Track which accounts have ordered each month and follow up with those who have not
Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM
Support the B2B Sales Team by keeping accounts engaged, informed, and ordering on schedule
Stay up-to-date on VIIA’s product lineup and formulations
Guide customers through our offerings, helping them select products suited to their needs
Communicate changes in pricing, promotions, new SKUs, and out-of-stock items
Work with operations and fulfillment to ensure orders are accurate and on time
Flag recurring customer issues or feedback to the Sales and Ops teams
Collaborate internally to help improve processes and the overall wholesale experience
Show initiative in helping accounts reorder and stay active
Identify opportunities to increase order size or suggest complementary products
Support B2B sales goals by contributing to consistent monthly revenue performance

Required

1–3+ years in customer service, sales support, retail, or a related role
Excellent communication skills - clear, warm, professional, and concise
Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
Comfortable using CRM systems (Shopify/HubSpot/etc.)
Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high communication volume
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
Empathetic, service-oriented, and passionate about helping customers succeed
