Transdev North America is a leader in mobility solutions, servicing various transportation systems across the U.S. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for implementing recruiting strategies and building candidate pipelines for multiple locations. The role involves developing relationships with hiring managers and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

Responsibilities

Provides optimal levels of customer service, develops and maintains strong, effective working relationships with hiring managers, location staff, and leadership

Assists with the development and implementation of the overall attraction strategy for locations within a designated geographic area

Serves as a talent advisor and strategic partner in the hiring process

Maximizes the ATS for job board integration, position management, candidate metrics, candidate movement and works with locations to ensure candidates are being screened in a timely manner

Provide ATS training and ongoing system support to internal users

Reports weekly/monthly/quarterly analytics and KPI’s to manager for specific geographic area. Attends regularly scheduled conference calls to provide recruitment strategy updates

Ensures recruiting and hiring practices comply with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other government compliance requirements
