Client Relationship Management: Form strong relationships with apartment owners and developers by meeting them at their locations
Sales Growth and Revenue Generation: Develop and manage sales opportunities to meet sales targets. Secure new marketing agreements after evaluating opportunities with owners and developers. Coordinate with Network and product teams on product and service availability
Contract Negotiation and Closing: Create and present proposals to customers, and negotiate contract terms with internal contract managers and legal
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
2+ years of related sales experience
