Customer Implementation Consultant

The Customer Implementation Consultant will deliver training courses to ensure customers successfully adopt and utilize the LifeLoop engagement system, focusing on customer satisfaction and effective onboarding.

Responsibilities

Portray a passion for the customers. As part of the Customer Success Organization, you are responsible for making sure our customers are heard, satisfied and successful
Ability to use a variety of training concepts and principles along with knowledge of adult learning
Ability to work in a collaborative environment with team members and cross-teams in order to achieve a shared goal
Proven ability to communicate effectively through email, phone and in person. Must be comfortable in one-to-one settings as well as group presentations, virtual and in person
Required to learn and become efficient with all systems used internally to perform day-to-day job. These include Microsoft Suite, Zoho Suite, RingCentral, and Zoom
Strong motivation, initiative, attention to detail, and a friendly and customer-focused attitude. Ability to organize time and work independently and effectively. Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise good judgment. Leadership qualities include the ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of disciplines in the senior living industry
Excellent written communication — must be clear, friendly, and concise
Special projects and assignments, both individual and team focused
Attend conferences and meetings as needed, present to groups, and be an advocate for LifeLoop
Provide oversight and reporting on strategic pilot projects that impact potential customer outcomes
Prior SaaS experience
Senior Living industry / Tech experience
Naturally inquisitive; always willing to seek out more information

Required

Bachelor's Degree. Emphasis in recreation, therapy, gerontology, education, or communications a plus

Travel may fluctuate, up to 40%
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for up to 5 hours at a time
Ability and willingness to drive for 4+ hours to an on-site training location

Preferred

A background in customer success with a focus on education and training preferred
Senior living experience a bonus
