Transdev North America is a leader in mobility solutions, operating transportation systems across the U.S. They are seeking a Service Writer to ensure efficient vehicle maintenance scheduling and manage orders while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening and closing work requests, scheduling repair appointments, and maintaining vehicle information files.

Responsibilities

Open work request immediately upon receipt

Close work request immediately upon completion of quality inspection

Run and review reports as needed

Answers shop telephones and schedule repair appointments

Maintain vehicle information files

Take road call information and dispatch mechanics or outside service

Arrange pick-up of outside repairs

Qualification

Vehicle maintenance experienceData entry skillsMicrosoft Office proficiencyCustomer service orientationCommunication skills

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong data entry skills

Computer literate with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
