Public Relations & Communications

Responsibilities

Shadow the influencer team on outreach, negotiation workflow, and campaign operations
Build creator lists and draft outreach copy (staff will review before anything is sent)
Support campaign coordination: confirmations, schedules, content collection, and recap organization
Assist on-site during events/photoshoots when needed (check-in support, creator coordination)
Maintain trackers and folders (organized, consistent naming, clean documentation)

Required

Currently enrolled student and eligible to receive academic credit
Interest in influencer marketing/PR; strong social platform literacy
Strong English writing; Chinese ability is a plus
Reliable in NYC for occasional in-person activations
