Responsibilities
Own the product strategy, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management for marketing automation and MarTech capabilities to maximize business impact
Act as the primary bridge between Marketing, Ops, and Technical teams to ensure alignment between strategy, operational needs, and platform capabilities
Serve as the enterprise subject matter expert for Adobe Marketing Cloud, focusing on scaling and optimizing Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) across all channels
Lead the definition of use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria, working hands-on with engineering to implement and validate technical solutions
Drive technology adoption and modernization of marketing operations by ensuring platforms are actively used, measured, and continuously improved
Engage senior leadership to communicate vision and value while coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority to drive results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field (STEM/Marketing) and 6+ years of experience in MarTech and marketing operations
Hands-on production experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), plus working knowledge of Adobe CDP, Target, Launch, and Analytics
Proven track record in product/technical program management, including platform implementation, roadmap development, and full lifecycle management
Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems, data flows, and architecture, with the ability to translate business requirements for engineering teams
Demonstrated ability to build business cases, define KPIs/success metrics, and articulate realized value to executive leadership
Self-starter with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment
