Partner with engineering and product to define acceptance criteria and test plans
Execute manual test cases for new features, integrations, and bug fixes
Design and build automated tests for critical workflows
Investigate defects, identify root causes, and clearly communicate findings
Help define QA processes appropriate for a regulated healthcare environment
Support production issues with a quality and safety mindset

Preferred
Prior startup experience
A background in healthcare, HIPAA/regulated-environments
Led QA teams
Familiarity with Jira or other product management tools
Experience testing SaaS or web-based applications
Exposure to test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium)
API testing experience (REST/FHIR/HL7v2; healthcare interfaces a plus)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows
Comfort working with issue tracking and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
