Responsibilities
Design, develop, and iterate on data-driven and AI-enabled software solutions to support resort operations and guest experience
Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data from a variety of sources
Build, test, and optimize machine learning models and applied AI workflows
Evaluate and integrate third-party analytics and AI tools where appropriate
Partner with operations, IT, and business teams to identify high-impact use cases for data and AI
Translate complex analytical or technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Create concise documentation, examples, and training materials to support broader adoption of analytics and AI tools
Mentor and advise team members across the organization on best practices in data, analytics, and applied AI
Monitor, validate, and continuously improve data pipelines, models, and deployed solutions
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with SQL and Python for data analysis, reporting, and automation
Experience in data analytics and building machine learning models
Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for coding and building innovative solutions
Ability to explain complex data analytics and AI concepts to non-technical team members
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams across the company
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
