InternEverwise Credit Union is focused on providing support to the vendor and risk management team, and they are seeking a Business Continuity Intern to assist with various special projects. The role involves identifying critical business processes, documenting procedures, and designing tabletop exercises to test contingency plans.

Responsibilities
Partner with each business unit to identify critical business processes
Obtain current documented procedures for each critical process
Determining workaround if key systems are down
Begin working on updated Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for each critical process
Identify and establish contingency plans with departments
Design of tabletop exercises to test plans
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Currently attending a college or university and have taken intermediate level courses typically in the third year of study
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates high accuracy in data entry with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills to analyze information and make sounds decisions
Accountable for maintaining the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information
Preferred
Pursuit of degree in Business preferred
