Responsibilities
Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional product experiences
Conduct deep dives into data, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify root causes, uncover opportunities, and inform product decisions
Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance user value, increase conversion, and drive revenue, while continuously optimizing existing features and experiences
Proactively identify areas of underperformance, develop clear improvement strategies, and lead initiatives from conception through successful execution and measurement
Facilitate clear and consistent communication among teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and progress, and fostering effective cross-functional collaboration
Cultivate a deep understanding of market trends, partner industries, and user needs through thorough research and insightful questioning to inform product development
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of product management experience or relevant experience in roles involving decision-making, cross-functional work, and customer-centric thinking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; deep experience with SQL, dashboarding, product analytics, product experimentation, and data-informed decision-making
Excellent verbal and written communication; can clearly articulate strategy, decisions, and product outcomes to partners, stakeholders, and external clients
Experience managing trade-offs and prioritizing ruthlessly to drive results
High intellectual curiosity with a willingness to dive into unfamiliar domains and learn quickly
The ability to work out of the Cambridge, MA office 3x a week
