They are seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to manage a group of Software Engineers responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of mobile-based games, providing technical guidance and facilitating career growth for team members.

Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members as needed for completion of work items
Provide career guidance and facilitation of career growth to direct reports
Develop project schedules and monitor project progress in coordination with management
Maintain up to date knowledge on new programming methods and new software technologies
Facilitate deployment of content across all supported platforms
Creation and maintenance of project documentation, such as technical specifications and on-boarding materials
Lead the development of new/innovative game play features and interfaces
Create, enforce, and adapt engineering standards and best practices for development
Write coherent, organized code and be comfortable working on a complicated codebase with high levels of abstraction
Collaborate with project leadership on roadmap, priorities, and goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, Statistics or relevant area or equivalent experience
8+ years of software development experience
3+ years software engineering management experience
C# development experience in at least one area of expertise
Unity Engine 2022 or 6
.NET Server
C# - .NET and/or Unity
Understanding & commitment to SOLID & Domain-Driven design principles
Understanding of basic database operations and SQL
Strong understanding of GIT version control software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience building scalable applications
Scrum & Agile methodologies
Preferred
Live Game operations and support
AWS Deployment & Monitoring
One or more shipped titles built with a recent version of Unity Engine
