Responsibilities
Crew Dispatching, Customer updates, time approvals, reports, submittals, etc
Interface regularly with Sales, and Estimating, to ensure effective and timely communication to help produce desired results
Able to help identify and resolve operations, and customer service problems effectively and immediately
Inspections, attending pre-construction and pre-bid meetings
Perform all other projects or duties as assigned by the VP of Operations, Service Manager, and upper management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related industry; preferably Construction Management
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks/projects based on business needs
Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)
Superb communication skills
Well organized; Adept at planning work and managing time
Adaptability
Willingness to learn
Teamwork and collaboration
Compliance with workplace policies and procedures for risk identification, risk assessment and risk control
Active participation in activities associated with the management of workplace health and safety
Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries and property damage at the workplace
