Preparing analysis of alternative benefit proposals
Processing enrollment paperwork
Participating in client meetings
Leading annual enrollment meetings for clients
Maintaining insured info in our agency management system (BenefitPoint)
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years employee benefit administration experience, including self-funded groups
Experience in customer service
Excellent verbal and written communications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
2-5 years of relevant experience
High school or equivalent education
Preferred
Experience working with BenefitPoint
