Lead digitisation and automation initiatives
Re-design finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, etc.)
Work with executives on transformation agendas
Manage workstreams and cross-functional teams
Support proposals, client conversations, and delivery

Required

Experienced in consulting with leadership experience in finance transformation/digital enablement

Excellent communication, ability to lead teams, present to executives, and manage change
Ability to work 3 days/week onsite in San Jose
