Responsibilities

Serves as the senior lead and primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships at the highest levels of client organizations
Partners with clients to define and continuously prioritize brand strategy, business objectives, and marketing plans
Establishes and articulates a clear strategic point of view, guiding internal teams and influencing client direction
Leads the development and selling of strategic recommendations, creative briefs, and integrated plans
Oversees multiple brands and accounts, providing high-level oversight across scope, staffing, timelines, and budgets, ensuring profitability and efficiency
Anticipates client needs and proactively addresses challenges, ambiguity, and opportunities with confidence and clarity
Drives organic account growth through upselling, expanded scope, and identification of new business opportunities
Leads, mentors, and develops account teams, providing direction, feedback, and support while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
Encourages innovative, strategic, and critical thinking across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
Effectively manages up, down, and across the organization to align teams and ensure best-in-class client service

Required

Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or communications with progressive account leadership responsibility
Experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare marketing required, including HCP-focused work
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-brand accounts and senior client relationships
Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen, including experience managing large budgets and scopes
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Comfortable operating independently, navigating ambiguity, and driving clarity and results
Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative, client-focused approach
