Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to facilitate seamless data flow
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions
Utilize ServiceNow scripting, REST APIs, and other integration tools to extend platform capabilities

Required

ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solution developer
Must have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Must have a completed Bachelor's Degree
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow development and customization
Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
Working knowledge of scripting within ServiceNow, including JavaScript
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via APIs
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration

Preferred

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist)
Experience working in an Agile environment
Knowledge of other enterprise platforms or cloud services
Prior onsite work experience in similar roles
