Responsibilities

Lead requirements development for the Anthem Integrated Network Server Unit (INSU) Connectivity System

Oversee development and testing of all connectivity features and capabilities

Provide technical leadership and guidance in designing, developing, and implementing new Anthem features/capabilities (e.g., SXM, Bluetooth, ForeFlight) on new hardware platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, systems, cybersecurity) to deliver integrated connected solutions

Manage lab infrastructure to support integration activities

Ensure compliance with aerospace safety and security standards (DO-178C, DO-326A/356A)

Conduct rigorous testing for performance, security, and reliability to meet certification requirements

Maintain technical documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Strong knowledge of the systems development lifecycle (ARP-4754 familiarity preferred)

Experience in requirements authoring and decomposition for hardware and software

Proficiency in systems/software requirements validation, integration, and verification

Background in integrated avionics systems

Experience with Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity

Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and protections
