They are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the architecture and development of scalable web applications, mentor junior developers, and drive innovation within the engineering team.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the architecture and development of scalable, high-performance systems that serve some of the most dynamic players in the industry
Design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Express
Lead technical architecture decisions and enforce best practices for code quality and testing
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements
Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
Drive innovation and technical excellence within the engineering team

Required

5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js frameworks
Extensive experience with Node.js and Express.js
Proven track record of working with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda)
Deep understanding of frontend architecture and state management
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred

Experience in a startup or rapid-growth environment
