Asset Performance Group Integrity Engineer (1114340)
The Judge Group is seeking a Pipeline Integrity Engineer for their refinery client, headquartered in Warren, PA. The role involves ensuring compliance with US and Canadian regulatory standards for pipeline integrity, including responsibilities for managing integrity projects and providing engineering support for pipeline operations.

Responsibilities
Implement the IMP and supporting standards and procedures for Canadian and US pipelines and terminals
Provide engineering support of IMP-related activities such as system in-line inspection, cathodic protection, inspection digs, and integrity-issue mitigation activities and general system improvements
Oversee integrity management-related contracted services
Provide project management (PM) support for integrity-related projects
Utilize established change-management procedures for change approval, prioritization, and execution
Complete the annual IMP performance report and distribute and present it as needed
Participate in IMP-related governmental audits
Maintain currency on pipeline regulations, industry standards and best practices, integrity assessment methods, and pipeline repair methods by attending conferences, working groups, and seminars
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (preferred: Mechanical)
NACE CP1 certification in cathodic protection (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
Familiarity with ASME B31.4, CSA Z662, and other relevant standards
1-5 years in pipeline or facility design, construction, and operation
1-5 years in pipeline integrity management and repair practices
Hands-on experience with in-line inspections
Hands-on experience with cathodic protection systems
Hands-on experience with pipeline risk modeling and life analysis software
Hands-on experience with change management procedures
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of system reliability and failure modes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience overseeing contracted services and coordinating with cross-functional teams
Skilled in reporting, including regulatory audits and performance metrics
Willingness to travel (~20%) including cross-border to Canada
Comfortable with fieldwork, including confined spaces and construction zones
Valid U.S. passport and driver's license
