Responsibilities

Lead and manage NEPA projects, including wetland and stream assessments and mitigation, Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) and Environmental Assessments (EAs)
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies, as well as stakeholders and the public
Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality and consistency in environmental documentation
Conduct impact analyses, review technical reports, and provide strategic guidance on environmental planning
Stay up to date with Regulatory regulations, policies, and best practices

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ecology, Biology, Engineering, Environmental Science, Natural Resources, or a related field
15+ years of demonstrated experience in NEPA project management, environmental consulting, or related fields
In-depth knowledge of NEPA regulations, CEQ guidelines, and federal agency NEPA processes
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Working knowledge of computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite is expected
Demonstrated ability to listen, learn, and communicate at highest levels
Excellent time management skills - understanding and setting priorities to realize value added and focused activities and deliverables
Excellent listening and communication skills
Demonstrated success in planning and realizing stated project plans/goals
Demonstrated professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm as a company representative

Preferred

Experience working with agencies such as USACE, FEMA, and DOE is a plus
