Personal Video Advocate

Clearview Federal Credit Union is dedicated to providing excellent member service. The Personal Video Advocate will assist members remotely through Interactive Teller Machines, processing transactions and providing account information while building relationships and suggesting products to meet their financial needs.

Responsibilities

Accurately process transactions of all types such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, through video session with the Interactive Teller Machines
Answer member inquiries and provide appropriate suggestions to financial needs
Maintain thorough knowledge of Clearview services, products, policies and procedures
Keep abreast of promotional and marketing mailings
Uphold member confidentiality, following security and fraud prevention policies and procedures
Build relationships by educating members on Clearview products and services to help them live a better life
Work a variety of shifts based on operational needs
Exceptional written, verbal, and communication skills
Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions, remotely or in person, set by your manager
Meet average call volume goal and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
Handle other duties as assigned

Required

Candidates must live within a commutable distance to Moon Township, PA, 15108 USA
High School diploma or equivalent required
Similar or transferable experience required
Excellent member service skills
Experience communicating via virtual technology (Skype, Face Time, Video Conference, etc.)
Comfortable on camera, maintaining a friendly and professional appearance
Proficient computer skills, including ability to operate multiple monitors and software systems
Professional written communication skills
Ability to handle a variety of duties
Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented
Flexibility in workings hours
Dependable with a good attendance record
