Execute daily sales and marketing strategies to referral sources
Serve as a knowledgeable liaison between providers and hospice services
Educate healthcare professionals and the community on hospice care
Build and sustain referral relationships using RN clinical expertise
Develop referral growth plans with the Marketing & Community Relations Director
Stay current on hospice regulations and market trends
Represent Northern Illinois Hospice with professionalism and heart
Qualification
Required
Associate degree required (ADN); BSN preferred
Professional Registered Nurse License in the state of Illinois
Three (3) years nursing experience in a hospital or facility setting
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of hospice regulations and community healthcare networks
Valid drivers' license, current auto insurance and access to a reliable automobile
Preferred
Hospice or palliative care experience preferred
Marketing experience preferred
