Responsibilities
Perform on-site service assignments at customer facilities, including installation, commissioning, upgrades, and system modifications
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues on complex industrial equipment
Execute preventive maintenance and corrective repairs while adhering to safety standards and quality procedures
Participate in hands-on training and knowledge transfer to stay current on new systems and technologies
Collaborate with internal engineering, assembly, and service teams to support equipment builds and service initiatives
Serve as a professional, customer-facing technical resource, providing clear communication and solutions in dynamic environments
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline
3–5+ years of experience in a technical service, field service, or industrial equipment support role
Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems within industrial machinery
Proven troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills in hands-on environments
Ability to travel extensively (up to ~70%), often on short notice, with a valid passport
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, adaptable mindset
