Adams & Martin Group is seeking a proactive Case Manager to provide case management services and administrative support to Panelists while delivering exceptional client service. In this role, you will administer cases in compliance with JAMS Rules and partner with Panelists to help grow their ADR practice.

Responsibilities

Administer cases efficiently following JAMS Rules, policies, and best practices
Collaborate with Panelists to schedule hearings, conference calls, and pre-hearing preparations
Foster positive client relationships and identify business development opportunities
Manage case coordination, rescheduling, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process

Qualification

Case managementLegal client serviceMicrosoft OfficeCase management softwareCommunication skills

Required

2-4 years in case management or legal client service required
Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
Ability to build relationships and support Panelists in achieving practice goals

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
