Responsibilities
Process and manage payroll on a regular schedule
Prepare and file payroll tax reports in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Prepare and file sales tax returns accurately and on time
Assist with general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing tasks
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Solid understanding of payroll processes and payroll tax regulations
Familiarity with sales tax laws and reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred
5+ years of accounting experience preferred
