Responsibilities

Focus on customer service in patient services
Responsible for excellence in customer service in all aspects of our service areas
Patient food service delivery
Basic food preparation
Guests/Staff meal service
Tube-feedings
Following all Food Safety regulations and sanitation guidelines
May be required to work at any/all Parkview entities

Qualification

Customer serviceNutritional services experienceHospitality services experienceMulti-taskingPhysical staminaCommunication skillsCritical thinking

Required

Must be 16 years of age
Must be able to lift 40 pounds
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates ability to multi-task and work independently using critical thinking skills
Must be able to use departmental equipment, as outlined by the department
Ability to perform the physical demands of frequent standing, walking, stooping and bending

Preferred

High school diploma/GED preferred
Minimum of 2 year experience in hospitality services, customer services, of general labor preferred
Previous experience in nutritional services in a medical or hospital setting preferred
