Responsibilities

Accounting Team Management – Daily management of accounting department personnel and deliverables

AR/AP Management - Accounting Manager is responsible for managing personnel to execute daily transactions of the business correctly. Ensure all documentation is prepared accurately and completely

Trade Spend Management – Manage and administer the trade spend tracking process for the company as the lynchpin between sales and accounting team. Ensure all transactions are tracked and coded correctly

Netsuite Process Development and Improvement – Ensure all transactions are captured and coded correctly in Netsuite ERP system. Identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality

Weekly Cash Reporting & Management

Credit & Collections Management – Oversee our credit and collections policy globally. Weekly reporting on performance, identification of issues, opportunities for improvement

Management of all foreign Taxes, Reporting and Accounting

Line of Credit Management – Oversee accounting team in daily administration with lenders. Ensure all daily transaction documentation is provided by team to lenders timely and precisely. Monitor availability and request funds as necessary

Ad Hoc reporting and analysis
