They are seeking a Senior Learning & Development Trainer responsible for developing curriculum and content, scheduling events, and delivering training to support leadership and member professional development.

Responsibilities

Facilitate live learning, including training sessions, webinars and on-boarding events, to drive and support intended business outcomes

Apply strong presentation and advanced PowerPoint skills, coupled with application of adult learning principles, to engage, motivate, and inspire learners

Assist in the development of new training content associated with the introduction of new products and/or services

Maintain existing training content and develop training curriculum in conjunction with key internal stakeholders

Facilitate in-person and online training on professional development topics for internal members

Maintain a high level of business and industry acumen to ensure learning targets are achieved

Engage in self-study to stay current with new training methods, programs and techniques of competitors, and changes in the marketplace while developing skills to enhance teaching and training

Serve as an ambassador of HNI Workplace Furnishings furniture brands and field sales organizations

Participate in events and activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization
