Responsibilities

Includes identifying performance improvement opportunities, establishing timelines, and ensuring benchmarks are met

Data analysis and reporting: Analyzing data to identify trends, report on performance, and provide insights for improvement

Process mapping and improvement: Facilitating process mapping, identifying gaps, and designing new processes to improve efficiency

Training and support: Providing training and guidance to staff on performance improvement methodologies and tools

Ensuring compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies

Collaboration and communication: Working with various stakeholders, including staff, leaders, and providers, to implement and monitor performance improvement projects

Qualification

CPHQ certificationQuality improvement experienceBachelor’s DegreeData analysisProcess mapping

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, Engineering or other related functional area required; MPH or Masters in Engineering highly desirable, or equivalent industry training and experience

CPHQ certification or similar certification preferred

2-3 years of quality/performance improvement experience in hospital setting

Experience with system level healthcare improvement initiatives
