Production Helper - 2nd Shift
Avet Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Production Helper I for their Manufacturing department. This entry-level position involves assisting Manufacturing Operators with equipment operation and adhering to safety and quality guidelines during production processes.

Responsibilities
Assist Manufacturing Operators in operating assigned manufacturing equipment, including shutdown/start-up of the machines following the established procedures
Be able to move around and place the required material for manufacturing so that it is ready to be utilized
Assist the Manufacturing Operator in performing coating, compression, encapsulation, granulation/blending, or soft gel function following the instructions in the manufacturing batch record
Assist the Manufacturing Operator in equipment cleaning according to machine requirements or SOP
Appropriately document activities in batch records, forms, and other GMP documents
Offer suggestions to superiors and follow up on process improvements related to safety, compliance, cost, and productivity
Recognize and report any atypical occurrences or discrepancies
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and guidelines. Must report unsafe conditions, near misses, and/or injuries in a timely manner
Adhere to cGMP’s and Standard Operating Procedures as required
Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace
Follow applicable safety guidelines while operating the manufacturing equipment
Be able to perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
No previous experience required
Basic mathematical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Must complete departmental SOP, GMP, and any required Qualifications
Ability to work in a team

Based on the highly regulated workplace at Avet, employees will be required to meet minimum English proficiency requirements
