Cognizant is seeking a PEGA RPA Automation Developer to design and develop automation solutions using PEGA RPA. The role involves gathering requirements, developing workflows, testing, and providing technical support for RPA processes.

Responsibilities

Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for automation projects

Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using PEGA RPA Studio

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation workflows to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defect

Set up the Pega RPA environment (software installation, installation of related technologies such as Splunk/logging etc.)

Monitor RPA processes running on cloud platforms Azure and AWS and ensure their smooth operation

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes in a timely manner

Assist in deployment of new PEGA RPA processes and updates to existing ones

Provide technical support to end users and stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns

Maintain documentation for RPA support activities, including incident reports, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals

Monitor application performance and implement performance improvements as needed

Assist with application upgrades, patches and maintenance activities

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in PEGA RPA technologies

Work independently and conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long term solutions
