Training Facilitator

Responsibilities
Delivers clear, engaging training presentations to groups of varying sizes
Facilitates classroom learning through presentations, discussions, and hands-on activities that keep the room engaged
Assesses training and development needs in partnership with Leadership and Human Resources
Develops training programs to support specific needs of the business, aimed at helping Team Members improve their skills and ability to perform their job functions
Creates and updates training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials
Facilitates training and development programs in a variety of formats including classroom setting, group discussions, role playing, etc
Organizes and schedules training sessions throughout the organization
Evaluates training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development
Performs other related duties as required
Qualification
Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
Ability to design and implement effective training and development
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Training and Development, or a related field required
Preferred
At least two years of training experience preferred
