Responsibilities

Staff the contract with certified and qualified employees that meet the contract requirements

Identify processes and procedures to facilitate the efficient execution of work that achieves the highest margins on target and non-target work

Set policies to ensure good order and discipline on the contract

Manage workforce to complete all contract requirements

Serve as the main customer point of contact on all contract issues

Required

High School diploma or equivalent required

Valid Professional Licenses in related field

5 years in the last 10 years providing fleet management services to a fleet of 1000 or more vehicles

Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Must have 5 years' of demonstrated Project Management experience with sole P/L responsibility managing fleet contracts of 1000 vehicles or larger

Must have 10-15 years of progressive operational experience on fleet programs demonstrating progressive leadership experience culminating in at least 5 years at the Project Management level conducting vehicle management and repair services

Must be able to lift, lower, carry, push or move objects up to 50 lbs. Various tasks may require intermittent standing or prolonged sitting, and the ability to walk, reach, kneel, crouch and handle work related supplies and tools.
