Review and prepare complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, and estates
Mentor and develop junior team members
Maintain accurate workpapers and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Communicate effectively with engagement leaders and clients
Conduct tax research and stay current on tax law changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Active CPA license (required)
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
10+ years of tax experience in public accounting (preferred)
Experience with Thomson Reuters UltraTax CS (a plus)
