Responsibilities
Lead core accounting operations including accounts payable, lease accounting, fixed assets, and accruals
Manage the general ledger and ensure timely journal entries and reconciliations
Prepare detailed financial reporting packages and analyze trends
Partner with the Controller to coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring documentation is complete and timelines are met
Drive improvements in the close cycle and reporting efficiency
Collaborate with financial systems teams to enhance accounting technology and tools
Review bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience in the manufacturing industry or a similar field
Proficiency in Monarch and Advanced Excel required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
