Provide direct customer service and front desk assistance for assigned departments, including but not limited to admitting, registering, scheduling, and verifying insurance
Handled customer account transactions, provided customer assistance, and performed and/or oversaw cashiering operations
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
One (1) year of previously related experience
Medical Terminology knowledge
Knowledge of office procedures
Knowledge of insurance plans
Preferred
Associate's Degree in a related field of study
