Responsibilities
Lead network scoping activities for large-scale RAN deployment projects
Act as Scoping Prime for AT&T projects and customer-facing scoping calls
Develop and validate site scopes, BOMs, and technical documentation
Analyze RF data, network designs, and KPIs for 4G and 5G networks
Coordinate closely with RF, construction, planning, and project management teams
Ensure compliance with Ericsson standards and AT&T requirements
Provide technical guidance across multi-market and metropolitan deployments
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Radio Network Design, Scoping, or RF Optimization
Proven experience working on AT&T projects
Strong knowledge of 5G NR, LTE, Massive MIMO, mmWave, LAA, and CBRS
Hands-on experience with planning tools such as Planet EV and/or Atoll
Solid understanding of Layer 3 messaging (4G/5G) and RAN KPIs
Experience with Ericsson ENM and optimization tools
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Advanced English level (mandatory)
Availability to work 3 days per week onsite in Plano, TX
