Responsibilities

Analyze B2B marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to inform strategy and targeting
Develop visualizations, preferably in Power BI or PowerPoint, to communicate insights to stakeholders
Document methodologies and contribute to governance efforts
Support continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics or performance reporting
3+ years of experience with data visualization and reporting tools
3+ years experience in programming in Python, Spark, and SQL
1+ years experience in test set up and measurement, including A/B, multivariate, incrementality, and inference

Preferred

Strong analytical and communication skills
Familiarity with B2B segmentation and sales enablement strategies
Exposure to healthcare or insurance marketing environments
Familiarity with Databricks
Predictive modeling: logistic regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, XGBoost
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics
