Responsibilities

Lead and assist with in various IT projects including implementations regarding systems, solutions, and new technologies

Work with and manage 3rd party MSP to ensure tasks are completed quickly, efficiently, and correctly

Oversee and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure environment including Intune, Entra ID, 365 B2B, and more

Support and manage Palo Alto Prisma across the environment ensuring alignment with security practices

Manage and maintain IT support operations including Autotask, Jira Cloud, Datto, Verkada

Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage escalation tickets

Update, maintain, and support the organizations environment that is completely a SaaS environment

Manage and audit security tools including SentinelOne, Duo, Avanan for proper security and compliance

Perform software updates, account setups, planned maintenance, etc

Work with vendors and service providers on various issues

Assist with networking issues revolved around routing, switching, and firewalls
