Responsibilities

Develop and execute a global alliance strategy aligned with corporate objectives and Microsoft's priorities
Define multi-year roadmap and quarterly objectives and key results for joint initiatives, including Azure, AI, and business applications
Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive alignment meetings with Microsoft stakeholders
Coordinate activities, goals, and relationships across Hitachi regions and companies
Identify new routes to market and create joint solutions leveraging Microsoft cloud and AI capabilities
Drive Azure consumption, co-sell pipeline growth, and joint solution adoption
Sustain Business Applications revenue and market position
Collaborate with Microsoft's Industry GTM teams and field sellers to expand joint sales opportunities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with Microsoft executives, Partner Development Managers (PDMs), and industry leaders
Represent the organization at Microsoft events (Ignite, Inspire) and advisory councils
Serve as the primary liaison for strategic alignment and execution
Enable internal sales and delivery teams on Microsoft programs, incentives, and GTM strategies
Conduct regional enablement sessions, training, and workshops to foster collaboration
Monitor and report on partnership performance, including pipeline contribution, win rates, and joint success stories
Ensure compliance with Microsoft Partner Network requirements and maintain advanced specializations
Understand the breadth of partner available funding from Microsoft and leverage the funding to full advantage
Track KPIs such as partner-sourced revenue, attach rates, and incentive ROI
Prepare executive briefings and performance dashboards for leadership

Required

10+ years in enterprise technology partnerships, preferably with hyperscalers
Deep understanding of Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, M365, and Dynamics
Proven ability to navigate cross-functional teams and influence without authority
Strong executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience in joint GTM planning, co-sell execution, and alliance governance

Preferred

Prior leadership in global alliance roles with Microsoft or similar partners
Familiarity with Microsoft Partner programs, incentives, and co-sell motions
Background in cloud, AI, and enterprise applications
