Responsibilities

Salesforce CRM Account and Contact database expansion, cleansing and analytics
Salesforce CRM Lead database expansion, cleansing, segmentation and analytics
Salesforce Account, Contact and Lead segmentation management
Use of multiple AI models for identifying reliable database leads
Training of AI models to identify reliable database leads
Zero e-mail bounce analytics and database scrubbing
Use of AI models to extract leads from Zymwire, ZoomInfo, PubMed, Google and other platforms
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for the VP of Sales
Ensure timely execution of all database activities
Use data to refine strategies and improve results
Perform other related tasks and projects assigned
Follow procedures, protocols, and policies of Machaon

Required

Must have 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce databases
Must have 2+ years of experience performing e-mail database analytics
Must have 1+ years of experience in bounce rate analytics of e-mail marketing
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, enthusiasm, and initiative daily
Attention to detail is critical and ability to take initiative
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills

Preferred

Salesforce CRM certification preferred
Limited script and code writing preferred
Bachelor's degree in database management, computer science, marketing analytics or eMarketing preferred
