Responsibilities

Actively contributes to solution innovation, sales efforts, and retention strategies, turning everyday service interactions into opportunities to reinforce value and secure commitment from both current and prospective clients

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by actively seeking new business opportunities and converting leads into customers

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients by providing information about pet insurance products and services

Claims Assistance: Provide support to clients in the claims process, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely resolution of issues

Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge, staying updated on industry developments

Maintains understanding of federal and state regulations to include compliance

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the broader goals of the team and contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused sales environment

2 years of sales, call center, or relevant experience preferred
