Responsibilities

Create engaging short-form video content for various platforms, including ideating, developing, scripting, and editing videos and repurposing and editing existing footage to align with brand voice and content strategy

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure videos and animations meet quality standards, drive engagement, and support campaign goals

Collaborate with the PIDSA Marketing Team to manage, execute, and optimize advertising content across multiple channels, including 3rd Party Advertising, Google Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Programmatic Display, social media platforms, and push notification ads

Ensure all content aligns with brand strategy and campaign goals

Design and produce web and promotional content, including website landing pages, blog posts, banner and advertising graphics, product diagrams, flyers, sell sheets, and product photo edits as needed

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, majoring in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or Communication Design and Marketing

Possess strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for design, graphic development abilities, and a desire to contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives

Proficiency in video editing tools and a strong understanding of current social media trends are essential

Functional ability to operate on the Mac platform is mandatory to accomplish the specific duties listed above, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong written and oral communication capabilities and organizational skills are required

Preferred

Knowledge of essential graphic design software in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is preferred, particularly in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

Familiarity with generative AI software is highly desirable
