Training & Development Administrative Coordinator

The Training & Development Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the Learning and Development team, ensuring effective training program delivery and a positive learning experience for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and meetings (virtual and in-person)
Prepare training materials, rosters, sign-in sheets, and evaluations
Manage training calendars and ensure timely communication with participants and facilitators
Coordinate room reservations, equipment, and technology setup for training events
Maintain accurate training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and other tracking tools
Assist in monitoring compliance-related training completion and certification renewals
Generate reports on training participation, completion, and feedback for leadership
Process invoices, purchase requests, and budget tracking related to training programs
Act as the first point of contact for training inquiries and requests
Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure new employees complete required training
Support special projects and initiatives within the T&D team
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) years of full-time behavioral health experience
Basic computer skills
Effective communication skills
Must be able to pass de-escalation training, as defined by state requirements
If driving is required for this position, must meet all requirements outlined in Recovery Innovations driving policy
If not qualified to drive per driving policy, a Non-Driver Attestation form must be signed
Travel required based on business need
Must be at least 18 years old unless residing in a state where funder or government regulations set a different minimum age requirement
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism
Must be able to pass a seven-year background check
Must be able to pass substance abuse testing and/or tuberculous testing (if applicable)
Must be able to obtain designated fingerprinting clearance in applicable states
Must be able to pass education verification check
Must be able to pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier (if driving is required for this position)

Preferred

Minimum of one (1) years of supervisory experience preferred
