Product Manager - Pharma Analytics
Thermo Fisher Scientific is a leading company in the life sciences sector, seeking a Global Product Manager for their BioProduction business in Pharma Analytics. The role involves developing and implementing product strategies, managing a product portfolio, and driving growth through market analysis and commercial strategy.

Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally through the Product Commercialization Process (PCP) in order to bring products from concept through commercialization
Prepare financial models and arguments. Handle the profit and loss for the respective product portfolio. Track forecasts and product shipments
Evaluate customer needs via voice of customer collection and build product requirement documents
Drive PCP process through successful launch and commercialization for the product portfolio
Deliver technical presentations to the sales organization as well as to key customers
Lead entire lifecycle of a product from inception through design and manufacturing, service, through end end-of-life
Define global market segmentation and positioning strategy as it relates to the product and solutions portfolio
Apply PPI methodology to support improvements and increase efficiency
Drive product rationalization and implementation of product improvements
Contributes to development of trainings, including competitive responses for all sales channels
Up to 15% travel required (both domestic and international), additional projects assigned at the discretion of the Business Leadership
Qualification
Required
3+ years of meaningful professional experience, acquired working within the life sciences market
At least 2+ years in a product management, product marketing, sales, or business development role
Experience in driving business growth by developing and implementing product strategies or promotional activities
Strong written and verbal skills and feel at ease presenting regularly to leadership, technical and business teams
Ability to work within a diverse, cross-functional team across multiple sites
An Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Biology, Biochemistry or a related field is required

Preferred
Experience in genomics or quality testing preferable
Practical experience in requirement engineering is a plus
