Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will maintain and grow customer support and sales for the blower division, assisting in re-engaging potentially lost customers and facilitating inside sales operations.

Responsibilities
Receiving calls/e-mails from customers
Researching and quoting customers on parts and or services
Ordering parts
Managing sale price and GP
Communicating receipt of parts to customers
Assist in the inventory maintenance of service parts
Assist in the accuracy and timely billing of parts service
Customer retention and engagement
Assisting in generating leads for service and sales
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer service is a must
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic math and mechanical aptitude
Detail-oriented
Self-motivated
Background in customer service
Preferred
High School Diploma
Knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks is a plus, but not necessary
