Building customer relationships and employee management
Scheduling employees and coordinate project activities, resources, and equipment
Recruit, hire and onboard new hires
Deliver high level of customer service on a consistent basis
Collaborate with other stakeholders including contractors and suppliers
Train and develop staff for succession planning
Conduct daily inspections to ensure delivery of high level of service
Oversee project schedules to meet deadlines
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of Leadership experience required
Strong understanding of team dynamics and management of teams
Knowledge of workplace safety and ability to conduct safety meetings
Knowledge of computers and MS Office programs
Preferred
Proven experience in janitorial services preferred
Bilingual-Spanish preferred
Knowledge of floor care is preferred but willing to train
professional cleaning: 2 years (Preferred)
Supervising: 5 years (Preferred)
